Shipping policy
At Lachicae Curtain Shop, we aim to deliver your curtains in a fast, secure, and reliable manner. Please read our shipping guidelines below.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is received or payment is confirmed. Processing time may be longer for customized or bulk orders.
2. Shipping Methods & Lead Times
We partner with trusted couriers such as J&T VIP Express. Shipping lead times vary by location:
- Metro Manila: 2–3 business days
- Luzon (outside Metro Manila): 3–5 business days
- Visayas & Mindanao: 5–7 business days
3. Shipping Fees
Standard shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout. Shipping cost may vary based on parcel dimensions and weight. Free shipping promotions may apply depending on platform vouchers or seasonal campaigns.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via the platform or by SMS/email. You can track your package through the courier’s official website or app using that tracking number.
5. Delivery Guidelines
- Please ensure your shipping details (name, address, contact number) are accurate to avoid delays.
- If delivery is missed, the courier will usually attempt a redelivery. Fees for failed or returned deliveries due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability may be charged to the customer.
6. International Shipping
At the moment, we only ship within the Philippines. International shipping is not available.
7. Delays & Force Majeure
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen events (e.g., natural calamities or pandemic restrictions). We will do our best to keep you informed if delays occur.
